Note Someone creates a Listing, which is an offer of or request for help.

Chat Other people respond to your Listing and propose Deals.

Handshake You then accept or decline the Deals (could be more than one), and the ones accepted go on to actually be completed.

Clipboard_with_tick Then once a Deal is done the two parties complete a Karmur Report together to record how the Deal went.

Alien Both users then gain great Kudos from the experience, tell all their friends and go do it again!
