• Mid-range scores may indicate that this person is a good person to deal with – they do what it says on their tin.
• The higher their score, the more you can expect them to treat your project like it was a passion of their own.
• The lower their scores, the more urgent the Karmur Monkeys’ whispered word of warning in your ear that this person may not be so suitable for any projects requiring a lot of responsibility, commitment and reliability.
